IMPORTANT! for clients using private insurance (Aetna, Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, Optum, United Health):
In January 2024, active clients using private insurance to cover their services, were sent notices via email and the client portal that, effective February 1, 2024, administrative services: scheduling, payments, and insurance processing for their accounts would be managed by Grow Therapy. Details of the transition and instructions for registering with Grow Therapy were included in the correspondence. Access to the client portal and to the virtual waiting room were disabled as of February 1, 2024. - The calendar will not allow scheduling within 24 hours. If the appointment you are trying to schedule is in less than 24 hours, the calendar may block the appointment.
- Your access to schedule appointments may not be turned on in the client portal. Call or text the office at 203-405-0837
- If you did not confirm your appointment when you received your voice or text reminder, please send a message of confirmation through the client portal.
